Don't take our word. Check the chain.
A skeptical Bitcoiner believes the rail that shows its work. Every network fact on this site, the contracts, the decimals, the confirmation policy, the settlement foundation, points at a primary source you can read yourself. Verify the rails. Keep your keys.

Built on BTCPay Server. Verified on the chain, not a black box.

The payment processor BitSettle's managed rail is built on. Check its official project site for the platform BitSettle runs on.

The USDT engine, seven chains
A receive-only USDT settlement engine layered on BTCPay Server, with strict contract and mint allowlists on every supported chain.
First principles
Why self-custody at all
The same conviction a node runs on: verify, don't trust.
Confirm every contract
The seven USDT rails, at the source.
Each USDT network is pinned to one exact token contract or mint and a fixed decimal precision. Open the explorer link to confirm the address, or cross-check it against Tether's own registry.
On every USDT network, Tether is the issuer and can freeze, blacklist, pause, or burn balances. The tier grades each chain's exposure on top of that floor.
Bitcoin
NativeThe original. Settles natively. Verify on-chain with any Bitcoin block explorer or your own node.
Lightning
NativeBitcoin in about a second. Verify on-chain with any Bitcoin block explorer or your own node.
BNB Smart Chain is the edge case at 18 decimals; every other USDT network uses 6. Cross-check any contract against Tether supported protocols & contracts. Illustrative BTC/USD figures use CoinGecko for the relevant date, never reused stale.

Moving figures, a re-deployed contract, a changed confirmation default, a spot price, are reconfirmed at publication and never hardcoded stale. BitSettle is a Bitcitizen LLC service. Built on BTCPay Server.
