Public wallet addresses and transaction records can still be associated with a person or business. They are not treated as anonymous merely because they appear on a blockchain.
Information we collect
Information you provide
An early-access request requires an email address. If you provide them, the request can also include your name, company, role, use case, estimated volume, and message. Service setup may involve public receiving addresses, asset identifiers, and related configuration details.
Do not send passport scans, bank details, private keys, or seed phrases through the enquiry form. Detailed service records belong in an agreed collection process.
Request and delivery records
We record the submission time, originating page, and IP address with the request. Request metadata is used to limit abuse, identify repeated submissions, and support operation of the website. Notification records track delivery and retries; an outgoing message may be retained while delivery is pending.
What we do not collect
The enquiry form does not ask for seed phrases or private keys. On-chain receive-only configuration uses public receiving details. Access to a connected node, account, or other service is reviewed separately under the engagement; do not send credentials through the public form.
Payment detection can use public transaction data. Customer information collected by a merchant’s checkout, invoice, or fulfilment system may be governed by the merchant’s own privacy notice as well as the applicable service scope.
How we use your information

- detect and report payments to the addresses you ask us to watch;

- send service and early-access communications you have requested;

Wallet control, node permissions, backups, and recovery responsibilities are specific to the payment arrangement. Protect the wallets and credentials under your control and follow the agreed incident process.
Data retention
Early-access requests and service records are retained for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal requirements. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable limits.
Abuse-control records have expiry and cleanup rules. Pending email content is retained for retry and cleared from the delivery record after confirmed sending; delivery identifiers can remain to prevent repeated notifications. These operational rules do not delete messages already held by recipients or providers.
International transfers
Bitcoin Lawyer LLC is based in the United States and operates from Argentina, and our service providers may be located in other countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.
