BitSettle is a Bitcitizen LLC service. Built on BTCPay Server.

Proven where it counts

BitSettle is the Bitcitizen ecosystem's own settlement rail. Every Bitcitizen brand that takes payment today settles on it: 21 CBI's advisory fees, Passport.SV and cbi.vu's engagement and advisory fees, OffshoreGuy's formation orders, and GoSRRV's card-plus-Bitcoin checkout. We built the rail for ourselves and ran our own money on it before we ever offered it to anyone else.

The problem with cards & PSPs

Stop losing a slice of every sale to middlemen.

Bitcoin is borderless. Your business still runs on legacy rails: card networks and payment providers that take a cut, hold your money, and reverse payments months later. BitSettle replaces them with rails that pay you in full, instantly, with no one in between.

No chargebacks

Bitcoin and USDT payments are final. Once a customer pays, the money is yours. No disputes, no clawbacks 90 days later, no fraud reversals eating your margin.

No processor fees

Skip the 1% to 3% every card network and PSP skims off the top. You keep 100% of every payment; BitSettle charges a flat fee for the rail instead, whether it's $5 or $50,000.

No frozen accounts

Funds settle to a wallet only you control. There's no provider balance to be held, reviewed, or frozen. Your money never sits in someone else's account.

Instant global settlement

Lightning settles in about a second; stablecoins in minutes. Accept payment from a customer on any continent without waiting days for a bank to clear it.

How it works

Three steps. No custody. No middleman.

Simple for your customer, transparent for you. Here is exactly what happens on both sides of every payment.

Customerwhat they experience
+4
Customer · 01 · Pays

Scans a code and pays in Bitcoin or dollars (USDT) from any wallet or exchange they already hold.

Customer · 02 · Waits on-chain

The payment is verified on-chain in seconds to minutes. No card form, no account sign-up, no middleman to approve it.

Customer · 03 · Done

Their invoice marks paid. They are done.

Youwhat you get
You · 01 · Generates address

A fresh receiving address is generated per invoice on the network they chose, with no key material on the server.

You · 02 · Confirms & matches

Matched against allowlisted contracts, mints, and decimals, then settled only once your confirmation policy is met.

You · 03 · Settles to your wallet

Settlement goes straight to the wallet you configured. We never hold, custody, or sign.

We watch; you own

Nine networks

One dollar, paid however your customer already holds it.

Your customer pays from whatever wallet or exchange they already use, so you never lose a sale to the wrong chain. Bitcoin, Lightning, and USDT across seven networks, nine in total, all in one checkout.

Dollars, USDT across seven networks

On every USDT network, Tether is the issuer and can freeze, blacklist, pause, or burn balances. The tier grades each chain's exposure on top of that floor.

We never hold your keys

BitSettle is receive-only by design. It watches addresses and token transfers without ever touching seed words, private keys, or signing keys.

Contract & mint allowlists

Settlement matches exact token contracts and Solana mints, never a symbol alone, so wrapped or look-alike tokens can't slip through as real dollars.

Verifiable on-chain

BitSettle runs on BTCPay Server, a proven Bitcoin payment platform, fully hosted and monitored for you. Every settlement is confirmed on-chain, so you can always verify a payment landed, no black box.

Fully hosted & monitored

We host, configure, and monitor the whole stack: dedicated RPC, rail health, and uptime, so you get self-custody without running infrastructure.

What we believe

A payment rail should be boring

The infrastructure that holds up over years is the unglamorous kind. We build the rail to disappear into the background and stay out of your way.

  1. Boring on purpose

A payment rail should be the least exciting thing you run. BitSettle watches the chain and stays out of the way. No balance to freeze, no surprise to manage.

  2. Self-custody, always

Money settles to a wallet only you control. We watch the chain; we never hold it.

  3. Honest about the rails

We name issuer risk, network rules, and refund boundaries directly instead of hiding them.

  4. Hosted and battle-tested

BitSettle runs on BTCPay Server, a proven Bitcoin payment platform, fully hosted and monitored so nothing is a black box you have to babysit.

Plain talk

No surprises. Exactly what USDT can and can't do

We'd rather tell you the boundaries up front than bury them . . . because the rails that hold up are the ones with nothing hidden in them. These are real properties of self-custody stablecoin rails, and we name them directly.

  • USDT is issued by Tether, a centralized company; issuer controls can freeze or affect balances.
  • Wrapped or bridged USDT look-alikes aren't treated as real dollars unless explicitly allowlisted.
  • Networks aren't interchangeable: a customer must send the right asset on the network they selected.
  • Refunds go out from your own wallet; BitSettle is receive-only and never holds signing keys.

The math

See the percentage you stop paying

Every card network and custodial processor skims 1% to 3% off the top. Move the slider to see what that cut costs at your volume, then keep it.

$100,000
$10,000$5,000,000
Typical processor rate

The cut a card network or custodial crypto processor commonly takes per transaction.

A 2% processor would take

$2,000/ month

That is $24,000 a year out of your payments, at $100,000 in monthly volume.

BitSettle replaces that percentage with one flat monthly fee. You keep the rest.

0% is zero percent of your payments, not free software. BitSettle charges a flat fee for the rail.
